SPRING ROWING

Get ready for high-energy training and racing from March 2 to May 22. Students will work to master rowing and put their skills to the test during action-packed regattas.

Registration deadline is February 21.

Register your athlete with the Rockford Rowing program.

Rowing Registration

Pay program dues.

STEP 2—

Spring rowing dues are $725 and are due by Saturday, February 21, 11:59pm.

Spring dues include:

All in-season races from Spring Sprints to State Championship (Nationals is not included in Spring dues—those costs will be split by qualifying rowers who are invited to race) as well as regatta entry fees, food, a team shirt, transportation, lodging, and salaries for coaches.

Important notes:

For athletes with fundraising credit, we will email your total credit and updated Spring dues.
If you would like to spread dues across two payments (February 28 and March 28) choose that option in the registration form.
If you’re having difficulty paying Spring dues, email the program Treasurer at treasurer@rockfordrowing.com to inquire about scholarships by no later than February 21.

Order athlete uniforms.

STEP 3—

Rowers need up-to-date uniforms (new styles from Fall 2023) to compete at regattas. Uniform orders must be placed by February 21 at 11:59pm.

Register with Rockford Public Schools.

STEP 4—

The cost for Pay-to-Play is $60 per athlete with a $175 family cap.

Registration opens the week of March 23. When it does, we will email you to remind you to register with RPS Athletics.

Download the SportsYou App (Apple|Android). It’s the Communication Portal for both parents and students. You will receive the sign-in code by email after registration.
